hi Waffle Fry! This sweet girl is a 3 year old German Shepherd that originally came to us a year ago from a local animal control shelter. Sadly after a year in her home, she was surrendered back to us and her foster was able to take her back in.. While she is a bit confused right now, we are sure that as soon as she settled back in with her foster, she will be great. Waffle is a very happy, active, energetic girl! She likes to snuggle and get belly rubs from her person. She gets along with other dogs and was best friends with the current dog in her foster home. She lived with another dog with the adopters but their dog was asserting her dominance so after a year of trying, the adopters had to surrender her back for safety purposes. She likes to play but can sometimes forget how big she is! She loves cheese, benebones, bully sticks, and turkey stuffed kongs. She likes to shred all of her toys and leave fuzz balls all around for you to have fun picking up. She is house trained but did have a few accidents on the floor when she was initially brought home from the shelter, so she may need a bit of help getting into the routine at her new home. She would benefit from an active home, with a yard, and another friend to play with. She did show slight signs of separation anxiety at first but having another dog at helped her become comfortable pretty quickly! Waffle Fry is looking for a family experienced with shepherds.
