hi Missy, this stunning girl is approximately 1 year old Border Collie. She came to us from a private owner when they were not able to care for her. Missy is an incredibly smart dog that has lived with 3 other dogs and kids. She came to us because one of the other dogs (10 lbs terrier) was starting fights with her and it was not a good or safe situation. She lived happily with the other two larger dogs. Missy is hoping for an active home that will keep her busy and well exercised. A confident handler with breed / herding dog experience would be ideal. Missy is the definition of happy go lucky. She is up for anything anytime, especially ball. She walks great on a leash and loves to go for walks. She likes to stop every now and then to look at you and get some love. She loves being on the couch and being close and likes to hold your hand. Missy is an absolute love She will need to meet resident dogs. She will not be placed with cats.
