Hi Koda, This stunning girl is a 6 year old Alaskan Malamute. She was surrendered from a breeding farm when she finished nursing her last litter and was no longer wanted. She is 91 lbs. I cannot say enough how much I love Koda! She is large, in charge and all love. She has never met a person who didn't immediately become her best friend. She has lots of spunk, energy and that Northern mischievous side. She likes to be brushed out but she will sing you the song of her people if you give her a bath. She is a smart and active dog that will be an incredible companion for the right family. Northern breed experienced families are preferred. Koda will not be placed in a home with cats or small animals (including small dogs) due to her prey drive. She seems to have done well with large dogs but dog meets will be needed with the resident dogs. She will come spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and 4dx tested. She is also going to be evaluated for a dental and will receive it as the vet deems necessary.
