Hi Francine, This sweet lady is a 5 month old shepherd mix. Francine was found as a stray in Philadelphia and after finishing her stray hold at ACCT Philly, she was transferred to us. Sadly, nobody came looking for her. She is 23 lbs right now. Francine is the snuggliest, cuddliest little girl. As a typical puppy she is learning her manners but she is doing so, so well!
