hi Sheila, this beauty is a 2 1/2 year old boxer. She was surrendered to us from a commercial breeder in Lancaster when they couldn't breed her. She is 54 lbs. Sweet Sheila has not had an easy life so far, and sadly, it shows. Rescued from a horse stall, Sheila is slowly learning how to be a loved dog. She is a very shy girl that is looking for a patient and loving home that will give her all the time she needs to gain courage and confidence. She has allowed our volunteers all handling but she is very timid. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. She would need to meet any resident dogs and we believe having a social dog at home would help her tremendously. Sheila's breeder let us know that she should not be placed with small livestock animals like chickens as she will chase them.
