He was surrendered to us from a commercial breeder in Lancaster because of his special needs. He is 5 lbs. This tiny pup is absolutely incredible. He is deaf and vision impaired, and despite that, he has lots of the classic puppy energy. We can't imagine navigating the world the way this baby has since day one. He is happy, friendly and has never met a stranger. He is looking for a family that is experienced working with deaf dogs. He would love a home with another social, friendly dog. He would need to meet any resident dogs.
