hi Lusanne! This cutie is a 5 month old Swiss Mountain Dog. She and her 2 siblings were surrendered to us when they did not sell at a commercial breeder. Lucerne is 56 lbs right now. It is clear that the pups were not treated well before arriving to us. While the whole group is nervous and shy, they are working really hard to build up their courage and to be typical happy puppies. They are learning to walk on the leash and will follow us with encouragement and a but of patience. They love chewing on benebones and do allow all handling. They are hoping for homes with other social, friendly dogs to help them continue come out of their shells.
