Filly is a 9‑month‑old, 60‑lb Doberman mix who bounced into our lives after being found as a stray here in Philadelphia. She was brought to ACCT Philly by police, and we were lucky enough to transfer her into our care where her personality quickly stole everyone’s hearts. To put it simply: Filly is a total clown. She’s happy, social, affectionate, and absolutely adores her volunteers. This girl wakes up every day ready to have fun and makes it her personal mission to spread joy wherever she goes.
