hi Ella, this pretty girl is an 3 year Labrador. She was surrendered to our care from a Lancaster puppy mill when she was no longer wanted. She is 54 lbs. Ella clearly came from a very difficult environment as she is very timid and nervous. Our volunteers are working hard with Ella to teach her about love and all the good things that come with her new found freedom. She is slowly learning to relax on a leash, to trust people and gain some confidence. She is looking for a very patient, quiet home where she continue to learn and grown. A social and friendly dog at home after which she could model good behaviors would be great. She would need to meet any resident dogs.
