Meet Blossom, the best girl this side of the Mississippi! ❤️ This stunning black shepherd mix is about 1 year old and 40 pounds of pure perfection. Blossom came to ACCT Philly as a stray before finding her way to us, and we are absolutely obsessed with her. Typically, we don't send shepherds to busy adoption events, but Blossom is no ordinary dog. She not only attends them, but she also completely ROCKS them. She loves everyone she meets, happily greets strangers, soaks up attention from volunteers, and has never met a cuddle she didn't enjoy. She's also playful and social with other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for both people and pups. Blossom is smart, affectionate, confident, and incredibly easy to love. Whoever adopts her is going to be one very lucky family. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested.
