hi Ashton, this handsome boy is a 4 year old German Shepherd. He and his two friends were brought to the local animal control shelter when their owner was arrested and the three dogs were left behind without care. Ashton (formally CJ) and Meadow (formally BJ) both came to us when the shelter struggled with space. He is 82 lbs. What a good boy! Ashton immediately became best friends with our shepherd loving volunteers. While he was pretty stressed and nervous at animal control, he has been nothing short of great with us here. His photographer described him as "life of a party" - he has been affectionate, happy and very friendly. He loves jumping up to give hugs so his future family should be prepared. He would need to meet any resident dogs. He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. During his neuter, the vet diagnosed him with Grade III heart murmur. He does not require any additional care for it at this time.
