hi Amadeus, this handsome boy is a 4 year old German Shepherd. He was abandoned by his owner with a family member who was unable to care for him, so he was surrendered to the local animal control shelter. That is where we found him. Amadeus struggled a lot in the hectic and loud shelter but has been doing so great with us! After some decompression time, he turned into the best boy. While still a bit nervous in the actual kennel, he is a totally different dog when outside. He loves playing fetch, is very affectionate with the volunteers and just a sweet boy. Both at the shelter and with us, he has done well with other dogs. He would need to meet any resident dogs. He is looking for a shepherd experienced home that would like to add a loving companion. He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested.
